Sharing 12 days of “Christmas Thoughts” until December 25 (day 1) as we celebrate our Savior’s birth in worship.

Romans 12:1 – And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you.  Let them be a living and holy sacrifice-the kind he will find acceptable.  This is truly the way to worship him.  New Living Translation (NLT)

The lyrics of a certain college alma mater, “Let our lives do the singing,” is a reminder of how to worship.  True worship is not an item on our spiritual to-do list but our everyday conversation (walk) or lifestyle.  Our hearts kneel in humble submission before our Creator; we our lives continually be a melody of praise to the King of kings.

Prayer: Maker of Heaven and Earth, I give my life as a song of praise and offering of worship to You. AMEN.

Thanks for joining me for the next 12 days of Christmas as we focus on worship of the Savior, Jesus the Christ.   As the author, each daily reading was first published and featured in the 2015-16 Winter edition of YOU Adult Bible Study for Lifeway.

Come back tomorrow for Day 8.  You are welcomed to subscribe and I’d love to hear your comments.  Have a blessed, joyful and worship-filled Christmas!
